Bergeron Land Development has been hired by Palm Beach County and the City of Lake Clarke Shores to widen and enhance Lawrence and Lantana Roads in Atlantis, Florida.

Bergeron will widen 3,820 feet of the existing two-lane Lawrence Road to include a new shared center turn lane.  Bergeron will also widen and resurface 1,000 feet of Lantana Road at the intersection to accommodate new turn lanes.

Additionally, Bergeron will upgrade the roadway’s drainage system and the City’s water and sewer facilities within the right of way, add curb and sidewalks on both sides of Lawrence Road, and update the intersection’s traffic signals.

The project Began in August of 2023 with an expected completion date in Summer of 2024.
