The City of Sebring, Florida and Highlands County, Florida have hired Bergeron Land Development to modify Sebring Parkway from a two-lane roadway to a four-lane roadway between US 27 and Youth Care Lane.  Bergeron is also responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment required for construction, maintenance of traffic, construction of a roundabout, concrete medians, turn lanes, concrete sidewalks, and handicap ramps, removal of existing signs and installation of new signs, installation of new pavement markings, relocation/installation of utilities, and installation of sod.

The project began in October of 2020 and is expected to be completed in October of 2022.
